Important: Read Before Subscribing

River Arts Fest uses a double opt in system meaning that you will be immediately sent an e-mail to the address you are registering above containing a link which you must click in order to activate your e-mail in our mailing list.  If you do not confirm your e-mail by clicking on the enclosed link, your account will not be activated and will eventually be pruned from the system.  Make sure to add RiverArtsFest to your safe senders list.

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail:

Check in your mail program's spam folder to make sure it was not accidentially classified as spam mail.  If you use a third party filter (McAffee, Norton, Etc) check that program to see whether it discarded the mail as potential spam.  If your confirmation e-mail simply never arrived ... sign up again from this page (perhaps a typo in your previous attempt was the root cause).

River Arts Fest does not send or condone the sending of unsolicited commercial email. Subscribers are added to our electronic newsletter on an opt-in permission basis and may unsubscribe through links in every mailing or by sending an email to the editor at webmaster@riverartsfestmemphis.org.

Furthermore, we do not send emails from false addresses or with misleading subject lines and we do not use email to seek business or donations from persons previously unknown to us.

Please note that, as with any internet hosted service, our online availabilty may subject us outsiders or worms using our domain name to create false return addresses; in the event you receive unexpected commercial email from any "riverartsfestmemphis.org" address, we ask that you send us a copy at spam@riverartsfestmemphis.org so that we can investigate its source.
