General Information for Prospective Vendors

Food & Beverage Concessions

Our 2010 event will feature 2 food courts.

The North Court will be located across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum on South Main in proximity to our Main Music Stage. We will have room for approximately 6 vendors.

The South Court will be located on South Main at Webster in close proximity to our South Court Music Stage. We will have room for up to 6 vendors in that space.

If you are interested in participating in our event then you should first read and understand our vendor terms of service agreement which outlines the terms and conditions of your participation.  From there you may download a hard copy which you may mail to us along with a good faith check.

We will review your application and menu and you will be notified by email of your acceptance. At that time we will cash your good faith check to hold your spot. Please make sure you tell us where your location preference might be. We make an effort not to group vendors with similar menus together. If you are not selected we will return your check uncashed by mail.
